I brought my brand new vehicle to Elegance Auto Cosmetic in August 2024 to have my windows tinted. I asked for 20% carbon but received something different. The tint is lighter than what I wanted and less durable. He did not mention this to me at all until the job was already completed. However, I just accepted it since it took them 6 hours to complete the service. Aside from all of that, I later discovered that all four of my interior door panels were damaged—cracked and loose—clearly from being pried open during the install. I contacted the shop, Fortino agreed to fix the issue but later gave the run around. He fully denied responsibility and refused to offer any compensation or help with repairs. I provided photos and documentation, but they never followed up. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I paid for a professional service and expected my car to be treated with care. I would not recommend this business at all based on how they handled this situation.

Great customer service and pricing. Fortino the owner is very professional and pays attention to detail. He definitely takes pride in what he does and customer satisfaction is paramount. I’ve tinted and ceramic coated a few vehicles here and I plan on taking all future vehicles here as well!

Best of the best. Turn around was super fast and he had my Audi A5 back on the road in no time. The wrap was put on PERFECTLY. Not a bubble or anything out of place. Get compliments constantly and it has held up over time. Had an issue where I curbed one of my wheels after getting it powder coated and he came to my house, picked up my wheel, and brought it back when it was done a day later. Doesn’t get any better than this. Great prices too compared to the competition. Will never take my car elsewhere for a wrap.
